On July 16th, 2011, Nanjing Lanpucheng Industry Co., Ltd./Nanjing Plastic Packing Material Plant had a conference on the economic work of the first half year of 2011. It was also a conference of the representatives of workers and staff. 
 

The main goal of the conference was to sum up the work of the company in the first half year, analyze the situation, further unify employees’ mentality and improve their recognition, arrange the tasks of the company in the second half year, and lay a solid foundation for the fulfillment of tasks in this year.

The representatives of workers and staff took part in the conference. During the conference, Sun Guoxian, the plant manager, firstly reported the establishment of the congress of workers and staff and reselection of representatives. The conference was presided over by Liu Ling, the convener of the labor union of Nanjing Lanpucheng Industry Co., Ltd.

On the conference, Shen Anle, the executive deputy general manager, gave a speech titled as Promoting the Innovative Development through Product Structural Readjustment, and reported the general business operating situation of the company as well as the progress of main tasks in the fist half year. The deputy general managers and directors of branch factories summed up their respective work and arranged the work in the second half year.

The representatives on the conference carried out group discussion with full passion and earnest attitude. The representatives said their say freely centering on the conference’s theme of Promoting the Innovative Development through Product Structural Readjustment and integrating their own post situation. The representatives gave many pieces of constructive and deep advice on the enterprise’s work.

At last, Xu Chengcheng, Chairman of the board, gave a conclusive speech to analyze deeply the severe situation faced by the enterprise and make clear the goal and requirements of product structural readjustment and innovative development of the company. 
 

All representatives on the conference were convinced that in spite of the difficulties in the production and operation of the company we had the confidence and capability to defeat the temporary trouble and seize the new development opportunity as long as we were united to work hardly and jointly and carry out the measures thoroughly.
