Carrying out the activities of “three orderings for improving the managerial level”

Stage 1 (Stage 1 in Total): The Executive Office of Nanjing Lanpucheng Industry Co., Ltd. In order to further enhance the managerial level of the enterprise and improve the managerial efficiency of the enterprise in an all-around way, the company decides to carry out the activities of “three orderings for improving the managerial level” on August 23rd, 2011. The Administrative Department of the company drafted the executive plan of “three orderings for improving the managerial level” mainly centering on work discipline ordering, field control ordering and internal approval ordering. The comprehensive managerial level of the company will be truly improved through the activities of mobilization and study, problem seeking, correction measures and check and evaluation. In the morning on August 18th, 2011, the medium and higher managerial staff of the company had a mobilization meeting on “three ordering for improving the managerial level”. During this meeting, Shen Anle, executive deputy general manager, gave a mobilization speech to ask all units and departments of the company to carry out the “three orderings” activities seriously. Centering on improving the managerial efficiency, and adhering to the tenet of creating a better working environment and order and the principle of efficiency first, application uttermost, the medium and higher managerial staff of the company should carry out the “three orderings” activities systematically and pertinently without a fixed pattern so as to effectively improve the managerial level of the company regarding the system and the ideology. In the afternoon on August 19th, Lanpucheng New Material Company had a meeting to pass on the executive plan of “three orderings” and make mobilization. Huang Yunling, the Assistant, laid out the activities of “three orderings” and demanded that the responsibility of the site environmental sanitation ordering work should be cleared to each person, and all departments of the branch factory should comb through their work, carry out self check and examination strictly according to their responsibility, put forward operable correction measures for the existing problems, and improve the work quality and efficiency.

Stage 2 (Stage 2 in Total): The Executive Office of Nanjing Lanpucheng Industry Co., Ltd. On September 2nd, 2011, the activities of “three orderings for improving the managerial level” entered stage 2. According to the requirements of the activities, all units and departments of the company were seeking problems and making rearrangements in order. The 1st Film Branch Factory of the company propagandized and studied the “three orderings” internally through meetings and the bulletin board. The 1st Film Branch Factory combed through the daily work to find problems and made the following preliminary measures according to the difficulty level of the work, the operationality and the time of ordering: issuing the consultation draft titled as “How to Carry Out Basic Management of Production” and concerned with the “three orderings”; clearly defining the sanitation area and assigning the person taking responsibility, and collectively making improvement on the sanitation at difficulty areas like the machine maintenance workshop, the dining hall, the toilet and the peripheral area for recovery; establishing managerial systems for equipment tour check, maintenance and lubrication, and standardizing relevant records; completing and standardizing relevant process book and quality records; and planning to establish the access control system to standardize site labor records of worker access and auxiliary check on attendance. According to the requirement of rearranging the site environment and improve the clean production, the logistic department ordered new working clothes and footwear for employees and completed the order in short time according to the principle of high quality, excellent service and high efficiency. Currently, 311 working shoes had arrived and the first batch of summer working clothes would be released soon.

Stage 3 (Stage 3 in Total): The Executive Office of Nanjing Lanpucheng Industry Co., Ltd. On September 5th, 2011, according to the requirements of stage 2 of “three ordering for improving the managerial level”, all units and departments continued to seek problem and make rearrangements. According to the requirement put forward during the company’s meeting on August 19th, Lanpucheng New Material Company had a meeting on September 2nd to make the following arrangements concerning the “three orderings” activities: closing the New Material Company’s access to the Internet and strengthening network management and maintenance; demanding that all departments and branch factories to comb through the department support documents and quality records respectively from September 5th to 9th and from September 5th to 16th; furthering enhancing the site sanitation management to improve the hardware and complete the managerial measures, and completing the performance and repair of part of hardware facilities before September 16th; and combing through the purchase, warehousing and application processes of equipment, spare parts and labor protection and office articles, and cooperating with the financial department to make budget preparation and prevent capital leakage. According to the requirements of the “three orderings” and the real situation of the branch factory, the polyester workshop and the coating workshop of Haoyuan Company made the following three rearrangement plans to integrate problem seeking with daily management for long residual action and make tracking check and phase conclusions according to the executive plans: solving the problems of nonstandard dressing of employees in the polyester workshop, site environment sanitation, warehousing and application processes of spare parts as well as the working discipline of employees before the end of September; establishing the daily managerial system for the coating office before September 10th to bring about a clean work desktop and site, a duty roster, civilized talk and manner as well as standard utilization of lamps and electric appliance; making the post fixing plan of the managerial staff and teams in the coating workshop before September 5th; fulfilling the requirements on the overall sanitation of the workshop environment including outdoor sanitation, dressing room, domestic waste and spent material piling before September 17th; making the production record check flow before September 10th to assign a special person to rearrange and collect the records and bring the standardization of the production records under the team evaluation; completing cost accounting of the coating workshop before September 24th; and completing the coating equipment maintenance book before October 1st to standardize the system of equipment sanitation and spare parts application. The film factory of the company sought problems according to the “three orderings” and made the following relevant solutions: completing the equipment tour inspection, maintenance and lubrication systems within September, standardizing the format of the relevant records and strictly carrying it out; standardizing the format of the current process book; clearly defining the sanitation area and assigning the person taking responsibility, and collectively making improvement on the sanitation at difficulty areas like the machine maintenance workshop, the dining hall, the toilet and the peripheral area for recovery; repairing and replacing site hardware to improve the site environment; and establishing the access control system to control the persons entering or leaving the workshop, and controlling other passages and making highlighted marks to remind people.
